Very effective and inexpensive sonic toothbrush
I had one for years, identical except it had USB charging. Worked great, gums were healthy, got few cavities. Slim, light design easy to handle, changing brush heads is super easy. Vibration is just a gentle buzzing in the hand. Different brushing modes let you work up to stronger levels gradually. It eventually failed slowly, turning off after 30 seconds sometimes, giving plenty of warning brfore it quit completely. I bought another because it works well, not expensive, and it lasted a reasonably long time.

Won't do top and bottom teeth.
Wish it would stay on for the top and bottom of your teeth. You have to restart it again.
