Amazing product! This works extremely well for menopausal dryness. A little goes a long way. Some of the reviews said it stings when first applied and I’ve only noticed it a few times and only for a few seconds. After being consistent with it the stinging stopped. I think the more it’s used the less you need to use it because some days I don’t have to apply it. It definitely moisturizes I highly recommend it. You will need to wear a liner to save your undies from the gel. Now add it to your cart!

This works as advertised. I purchased it to replace the coconut oil I was using. This is less messy. No irritation and no staining. I agree with other reviews that say it stings a little if you are really dry, but the stinging subsided with regular use. I'm over all pleased and will repurchase.

At 53, I now fully understand my friend’s joke about dryness that didn't make sense in my mid-40s – perimenopause doesn’t hold back! But this moisturizer has been a game-changer. I use it daily after showering, and it’s also a helpful addition before intimacy (though it doesn’t replace a dedicated lube). With hyaluronic acid as an ingredient, this gel does a wonderful job at keeping everything comfortable and hydrated.Pros: Excellent hydration and soothing feel, great for daily use and pre-intimacy. I’ve tried various products, and this one is my favorite by far.Bottom Line: If dryness is getting you down, this is one of the best moisturizers I’ve found. Highly recommend!

I can’t use estrogen Rx cream from doctor. I’ve been using Vaseline & it helped. This was $26. Vaseline is much cheaper. It stings some, as did the Vaseline. I gave it several days then did a small experiment : use each product, one on one side, the other on the opposite side. No Difference At All…save your money. Note both sting a bit at first, first time users of ANY item, for me both stung or burned as others say. IMO it’s just the nature of each person’s level of medical issue, skin type, and whatever else applies.
