Not a good value. Hat was too small for my 40 lb dog, and kept doubling over in half on her head. It does include Velcro numbers to change each year for the next birthday. Includes a nylon polyester bandana printed on one side. Again cheap. She’s a girl so I didn’t use the neck bow tie even though it’s pink. I just felt the price was too high for the lower quality. Felt cheap.
