I purchased the bag hoping it would last for a long time but to my surpise it gave away within a year. Please dont waste your money on this item. I requested the customer service for the same and their answer was that all these items are manufactured in china so there is no replacement for the zipper hence they cannot do anything. Since i reported the issue late by 4 days over a year they cannot do anything in this regard.
