I put off cleaning for a month or two… never again. Very effective if you follow the videos online for cleaning and prevents any issues with the brew group.

This is the same grease that came with our Phillips Espresso machine. I don’t want to use anything that might not be the right thing for our machine or that might shorten it’s life. I feel comfortable using this product.

Haven’t used it yet, and contemplating return. It has a tiny disclaimer on there that says not safe for aquatic life and avoid releasing into environment. Not sure how I would avoid that as I have to rinse the brew group weekly. Also makes me wonder if it’s food safe - it doesn’t have that written on it, but I assume so bc it says for espresso machine

Label States “Harmful to Aquatic Life with Long Lasting Effects”. You can't print something like this on the label and expect people to feel comfortable with the product, unless they simply don’t bother to read it. There are others products out there that don't need a warning label and are food safe. They don’t require a warning label for good reason as they don't contain ingredients that are harmful to life. Look, were alive too... If this can be harmful to some life forms how is there any guarantee that it is not harmful to us, or to our gut flora that keeps us healthy? What are the long-term effects of this? Don't know? Yeah, us either, and were not planning on finding out by testing it on ourselves. Thanks, but no thanks. We will choose a brand that cares enough to use ingredients that are just generally food safe that don't need the warnings because they design them with peoples safety in mind first. Honestly why not just put heavy coconut oil in a tube and use that? Guaranteed food safe and naturally antibacterial. There are so many good options here where something like this shouldn't even be considered when making a product like this. Definitely turns us off to a manufacturer that would use this as their standard.
