Nopalina, Canadian Flax Seed, High in Fiber, Promotes Digestion, Helps with Constipation, 16 Oz, Bag.

I was skeptical about this because I thought it would taste bad. I am horrible at drinking stuff like this but it really tastes like nothing. It’s my first time drinking this, but I have taken the capsules before and they do help with going to the bathroom. I’m hoping this is just as good

We bought this after a recommendation from a cab driver in Las Vegas, believe it or not. She claimed to be taking it like medicine and extolled its health benefits. She even claimed that it helped her recover from COVID. Unable to find locally, we ordered from Amazon. It is fairly expensive for what it is - basically flax seed mixed with some fruit powders. I was slightly underwhelmed reading the ingredient list. However, my started adding it to our smoothies, and we we were quickly acquainted with its laxative properties. I don't mean this in a negative way - it is very gentle. The urge to go is just a suggestion, not mandatory. It does work very good for all that. I would gladly recommend Nopalina for those needing fiber supplements or having problems with constipation. We haven't tried it on its own, mixed with water or whatnot, so I can't comment on the flavor. We've only added it to smoothies (we call them poop smoothies), and it works.

Not only is it great for digestion and regularity, but it helps with weight loss. I drink 2 tbsps with Gatorade every night around 8 pm and problems solved.
