I've purchased 3 pans and all 3 are chipped and peeling on the bottoms. Horrible product for such an expensive item.

I bought this pan in September if 2021 expecting it to be a fairly durable non-stick pan that could be used for all sorts of cooking. The price was a higher than other pans, but I read quite a few positive reviews and had friends tell me this was a great product.It's not... everything it's sticking to the pan after only a little more than a year of use and it's not due to over use or abuse. I followed the cleaning and care instructions to the t, but the pan has lost the ability to do the one thing a non-stick pan should do.I have older pans bought for 1/4 of the price that I've had for more than a decade and they haven't lost the ability to keep food from sticking to the pan.Don't waste your time or money on this pan or any other product by Scanpan. They don't live up to the hype.

Excellent!!!

This was a gift. Perhaps we use it every 10 days, at most. And we've had it for about 3+ years. Always followed directions, and out of caution have never used metal cooking utensils on it -though the claim is that you can. I clean by hand with dish soap or use Bartender's Friend -as suggested by Scanpan.But the nonstick has significantly diminished. I find it worthless -the hard work of cleaning is back and I have half a dozen other pans as good as this. The picture shows egg after preparing a large Eggs Leo -softly scrambled. But a third of the pan has stuck egg even after scraping, etc. -that didn't easily take up the egg. Not exactly nonstick any longer and the washing was not easy.I tried to contact the company by phone. No person answered. I've left this review for a week -this line is a revision- and no one has responded. So much for their "warranty."
