Bought this to include in my daily smoothies as although I've always kept cocoa powder in the house I've learned that cacao powder is healthier and has more benefits than old-fashioned cocoa powder. With all the protein drinks out there, you really should be reading labels and keeping the "additives" down to a minimum. Instead of flavored (and sweetened) chocolate protein mix I buy unflavored, non-GMO, gluten-free, 3rd party tested whey protein and throw in my greens, flaxseed and a TBL of this cacao for flavor in each of my two-daily smoothies (I sweeten it with pure monkfruit extract to keep it as "clean" as I can). The cacao powder is reported to support hormonal balance, improve skin health due to it being high in antioxidants, and can promote your cardiovascular health. The more you read, the more you learn, and the more you learn about your health you find it's most important to KNOW what you're putting in your body whether you're a "health nut" or a mom feeding her kids. BTW, this would work wonderfully with any type of milk and the sweetener of your choice for a relaxing cup of cocoa at the end of a cold day for you and/or the "kiddies"!! A tasty superfood!

Great quality and taste. This is a low cost way to increase your anti oxidants and get numerous other health benefits from the raw cacao. Add it to a smoothie and it will give it just a hint of chocolate, but without any bitterness or being overpowering.

I love that this cacao is organic, delicious, and great quality for a fair price compared to some I’ve had. I will be buying this one on repeat.

This Cacao powder taste like Chocolate, nothing added to make it have a bitter edgelike some powders that are alkalized or have other additives.It is pure, organic, super easy to mix and tasty.

The powder is much stronger than the leaves. I added sugar and it tastes like a delicious chocolate bar. I feel more energetic even though it's only been two days. I'm substituting my morning coffee with my new cacao drink. So far so good. One more thing: Only drink one cup in the morning.

I didn’t know how this was going to taste, but I put a scoop in my coffee and it tastes delicious, it’s like drinking a desert. This is a sure way to get your benefits of cacao

The stuff is amazing it's got vitamins you wouldn't even know existed it is a superfood and I'm not allowed to eat raw stuff as my stomach condition has me on nine different dietary lists of restrictions. I used to put approved chocolate syrup into my drinks but now one scoop of this and a little bit of spices to help out my health in a coffee shake or a banana shake or whatever you're making it is above par it is actually been recommended to help with rest to help with I think serotonin levels and then you go further and look at the label and see that it also has vitamins that are vital to getting a good night's rest into getting a good day depending on when you are drinking it I do it day and night and I will continue to buy this as long as I am able so don't hesitate on this product don't worry don't go reading all the reviews just read this review LOL and I guarantee you will not be disappointed just don't forget it's a one-to-one ratio of sweetener so if you're on the FODMAP diet or certain sweeteners are not appropriate then definitely match the amount you put in with the same amount of maple syrup. you can say goodbye to any kind of antidepressants sleep medications any of that stuff because food is the ultimate medication in many situations and this is the number one SuperFood. Now that I finish this review I'm going to get up and go make myself a banana shake with this powder enjoy you guys! And also a little bit goes a long way so get the larger bag so you don't have to keep buying more because you are going to just want to keep sticking with this it's amazing I can also say that a friend of mine ordered pure cacao powder from Walmart and had it delivered to me and it is not nearly as good as this stuff unless it's just not advertising as well but this stuff even talks about how much caffeine is in there it has more vitamins according to the label then the one I got from Walmart. Logic tells me that they both have the same effects just that this one claims it and the other one doesn't get too deeply into what's in it and how it helps it does talk a lot about vitamin c and that's always good especially if you're making a collagen peptide protein shake well I'm off to make mine have a great night you guys
