FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 10 STARS
I just want to say that I ordered two of these pendants. They are extremely beautiful! The crystals are just gorgeous too and there are alot. But more than just a beautiful light, I want to say how fantastic the customer service is. They went above and beyond to help me to aquire extra downrods to allow me to set the pendants at just the right height for my higher ceiling. This company is completely trustworthy and follows through with awesome communication, which is hard to find in this world today. I took a chance and it was totally worth it! They did what they said they would do. I sincerely thank them for helping me with my lighting project. As soon as they are installed I will update the review with pictures.

Beautiful But
I ordered 3 of these light fixtures. Absolutely stunning!!! I ordered them all in black! One pack fixture arrived with some gold pieces. I need the black parts to be changed to black color. How can I get a hold of vendor before 30 days???? Please help! I took a picture of the parts that I need in black color. Otherwise I would had given 5 starts.

Not easy to install chandelier and connected tube to the ceiling! Did not seem to hold well!But very beautiful!!!
