This is the real deal of all creams. Although it’s more pricey than other brands I still consider it my top favorites. I use this right before baby goes to sleep at night or when diaper rash is visibly present and it goes away.

Good product that offers a good moisture barrier

Works like a charm! My LO is very susceptible to diaper rash and extra sensitive. Even using regular diaper cream with every change didn’t help, but this paste keeps the rash at bay. We use it all the time and keep some in the diaper bag so we’re never without it. I don’t find the smell particularly offensive (and I have a keen nose so that’s usually a problem). It’s thick enough to form a barrier but thin enough to apply easily, especially with those little bum spatulas. Also, it’s more natural than some, which I appreciate. The only issue? It does stain clothing. I’ve managed to get the stains out of the clothes, but it does require a little extra work as you can’t just chuck them in the wash.

This helped my baby so much when he had a bad diaper rash! We use it nearly every day now and still have over half the tub left. It does sometimes seem to almost separate? Sometimes the cream will feel very oily and not want to stick to the skin well, but we usually wipe it on his diaper and rescoop and it works fine
