This retains cleaning smells a lot and makes any food I cut on here taste really bad.

This is the extra-large size (14.5” x 10.5”) and it’s been awesome for everyday kitchen use! I’ve been trying to cut down on plastic, so I was excited to find a silicone alternative—and I LOVE it. It’s thick, bendable, and holds up great to regular knife use. There’s a shallow drip groove around the edge to help catch liquid from juicy fruits or meats, and it doesn’t slip or slide while I’m cutting—huge plus! It’s super easy to clean (dishwasher safe!), and I also have the smaller version for quick prep. If you’re trying to switch from plastic to something better but still practical, this is a great choice. Hope this helps someone who shops reviews like I do! 😊

Update: I have now had this cutting board for 2.5 months. It’s starting to shed the blue into things I cut due to cuts in the surface. Throwing it away & buying a bamboo. Original review: It’s small. I got the large…it’s not very large, especially with its odd shape & the hole. I also find it VERY floppy. The thickness is great & so far, using it every night, it’s holding up with no cuts from my knife. However, bc of the size I can’t dice a medium onion without part of it falling off the board before I’m done. Thus I’m still using my plastic boards. Also you have to use 2 hands whenever you move it bc it’s so floppy & it doesn’t stand up (at all) in the drying rack. I’m not thrilled & the price point is too expensive for the non working status of this for any real cook.

I love this cutting board. I store it behind my toaster and it is easy to get to without being in the way, or cumbersome to lift like my marble cutting board. I will not use wooden cutting boards so this works for me. It is easy to clean, just throw it in the dishwater and dry. The size is perfect: big enough but not too big.
