First time I use vu smart TVPros1. Picture quality is very good2. Dedicated remote switch for prime video, YouTube3. Bazel less display is very good look to see4. Colour in display is very accurateCons1. Volume is very loud. But sound quality is not up to the mark.2. 720p+ videos in usb is not supported fast forwarding.If power is gone, will see from first3. 1 HDMI port Failed in 6 months, TV automatically switching off 13th month
I bought this in Aug 2022. One hdmi port failed in the 6th month. And now the TV is magically switching off itself.Tried raising an online ticket, but it requires phone validation... and predictably... the OTP does not gets delivered!!!!Have sent an email, will update status here. Also, pathetic reviews on mouth shut. Wonder how they have such high star rating on e-commerce platforms???VU changed the motherboard within 6 days from date of original complaint. The TV was in extended warranty, so no cost from my side. The service team was constantly in touch.Great service

Poor quality service provided by vu Tv
It is an awareness message to those who are desiding to purchase VU TV through online from Amazon or from Flipkart. Think twice before purchasing the VU TV. I want to deside to convey my experience with those who are desiding to purchase the above mentioned TV. I have purchased the said TV ultra on 27-01-2021. Unfortunately it was broken by me after its warranty period. It's clarity and sound effect attracts me. So I have purchased another one VU Premium through Amazon on 21-11-2022. At the time of installation it's clarity and sound effect is smart. Later on from 13-08-23 it's clarity was becoming dull when it was seeing through youtube. I have lodged a complaint to the concerned. It was registered in no: 1339615. One skilled person came and check up the VU TV lethargically. Again and again lodges complaint and it was numbered repeatedly and few days after they were sending me a message that my complaint was closed. On public interest now I am sending this message to my whole watsup group. Hence I request my friends and relatives that think twice before purchasing a VU TV through online from Amazon or from Flipkart. Also request to share this message to your friends and family members. Now the VU TV announces various offers through Amazon and Flipkart for online purchase of their TV's.

The sound quality, speakers, picture quality are just OK. MID GRADE PRODUCT AT MOST
Picture quality Just OK. Sharpness missingSound and speakers Need lot of improvementSettings and Menu can be optimised furtherOverall it's a mid grade product. Most of the streaming apps like sony Liv etc dont play on this TV. the firmware is not optimised/designed for use in India.
