Makes very nice over easy eggs, nice small pancakes for single servings. Use it constantly.

The main reason for me to buy this pan is the flat bottom which makes this pan suitable for standard gas stoves that do not have a flat surface. This makes it easy to make omelettes with meat and vegetables and American pancakes without the dough spilling over into the other cooking parts. I love kitchen paraphernalia and doubted how much I’d actually use this pan once the novelty wore off. I shouldn’t have worried because I actually use it a lot, it’s absolutely brilliant. I make banana oatmeal pancakes a lot for my family’s breakfast and they never stick. I bought the lid and this actually does help to cook the top surface of what you’re cooking so it’s easier to turn over. Comes with a cute silicon brush and spatula which I forgot to use in my video. Was difficult to film and turn the egg with one hand but hopefully the video helps you to see how the egg doesn’t stick at all! If you love pancakes and fried eggs you need this pan in your life!
