The cream is bright white and very cheap looking.Customer service is terrible... I returned this with approval from Rugs4you but despite numerous emails and phone calls no refund has been made.I would not recommend this product or seller

Great value rug... shaggy wool variety, quite long thick strands, not massively soft, but for the price its excellent. Flattened out with a bit of back rolling, nice and full looking. Only criticism is the colour is probably not as lemon as I'd hoped from the description. It's quite a lurid primary yellow but it certainly brightens up the room! Maybe lemons are a bolder colour in Turkey?!

The cream colour carpet is stitched to a black base and as the pile is quite thin it appears there is dirt on the carpet. With a dark colour this wouldn’t be a problem but as the pile is not thick or close knitted this is a glaring mistake in the design. I’ve never seen a carpet with such sparse pile. What pile is there does feel lovely and soft to bare feet.

Really pleased with this purchase. The colour is beautiful, size is decent! Very good quality, I'd consider this a bargain. Would buy again.

Lovely rugs. Bought for small conservatory to cover cold floor. Items as described. Excellent value for money.

Decent size, the colour is as expected for dark grey.The fabric feels very strange though, not one you want to touch. It's not cushioned or soft. It may feel better after a wash, but as I won't be touching it with bare feet, I don't have the need to wash it yet.
