This sugar replacement so far has been great for dissolving when baking. My husband is a diabetic and thinks he has to have something sweet after he eats a meal. So I use this in pies, cookies and cakes. It does not have a after taste or is not too sweet like some of the other ones I’ve tried. I always ask him how’s it taste to you? Cause to me it’s like super sweet. Taste fine, great, just right.

I like it but it is not as sweet or it doesn’t have the sweetening power , so to speak as other brands that I’ve used in the past.

I compared it with sugar, putting it directly on my thong, the crystals are a little smaller and it has a weird cold feeling on my thong, but using it normally you wouldn’t notice the difference
