Bought this to help with swelling & pain relif after knee replacement surgery. Works a treat. A good size with the pouch holder & strap working well. Holds in place when walking too. Keeps cool for up to 2 hours, which is fine for me. Also used it on my calf and back and worked there too. Haven't yet tried it hot. The Velcro can be scratchy but careful placing can avoid that.

I’m using only for cold. Would give 5 stars if cold kept a little bit more time

I have to carry out physiotherapy on a hamstring injury which when the exercises are complete a cold compress must be applied, followed an hour later. These pads are just what is required

The are great once you have heated or frozen the pack they slide nicely into the case and the best bit is the Velcro to themselves. No longer need to tie a towel round my foot.

Wow I thought I would give this a try, it has helped my aching knees, I would highly recommend this product

This has provided relief for a sore arm and is a good concept but a leak had developed on the seam so won't last long.
