Very wide, won't fit into nose
Theoretically, you would expect that you can put this in your nose and have the two pieces extend upward into the nasal cavity and the red light hit the upper nasal cavity. However, this item is too wide to even fit in my nose. The end barely fits the tip of my nostrils and because of the flared nature of the design it physically cannot go beyond the bony area of my nose. If you have a very, very wide nose, especially the bony part above the nostrils, you might be able to get this to work. Otherwise this should be a pass. The device itself is very cheaply made, cheap flimsy plastic requiring a 9 volt battery. Garbage I will be looking for something else.

Worked well
This product worked well when I was pregnant.It’s a little uncomfortable (kind of feels like my nose was off centered) and when I walked out of my bedroom I could still smell the chemical smell (yay perks of parosmia 😒) but it wasn’t as bad as it was during the day

The unit is defective
I just opened the unit and it is not working. Green light flashing and shuts down. Not sure if I want to go thru the hassle of returning. Very disappointing and annoying. Don’t waste your money
