Day 1 I took one cap to make sure I wasn’t allergic to any of the ingredients. Day 2 I took two caps without issues. Day 3 I took four caps as suggested in the bottle. This proved to be too much as it gave me diarrhea, not severe enough where I couldn’t make it to the bathroom but enough to make me have to hurry and get to one fast. Day 4 I went back to two caps. Again no issues. Day 5 I took 3 caps and it made me a little gassy but no diarrhea although it really helped me “clear out.” I have been taking this product for a little over two weeks. Haven’t lost any weight (I’m not really watching what I eat or exercising regularly so I’m not expecting any miracles) but I have been going to the bathroom at least once a day since I started taking it (I often struggled with constipation). Sometimes I do take 3 caps a day when I feel I need a little extra “push.” My suggestion is to start slowly until you find what works for you. I plan on continuing taking it as I do find it beneficial to relief constipation.

Started using nopaplina after maria mafiafit recommended it. I used nopalina for the first time like 10 years ago. I've had problems with my weight for years and suffer from constipation. This helped me loose weight and by saying this I'm not saying this is going to do the work for you and like magic loose weight but it helped me. I'm starting to used it again because when covid started I gained a lot of weight due to my stress eating and it's helping me again to control my appetite.

The Nopalina capsules are not as effective as the Nopalina powder if you are looking for a fast colon cleanser. They do work very slowly, I am still waiting for the real results.Thank you

My parents have been using this product for many years. It's a great product with amazing benefits for your health. I have nothing bad to say just I thought it would be cheaper then at a retail store especially buying 2 at a time. I'm not saying the price is bad either.

My cholesterol was High ...I been using this like 8 or 9 month I went to a follow up appointment with my Dr and Finally she told me that my cholesterol it’s GOOD . Indefinitely recommend this. Makes me use the bathroom a lot , if I eat something fatty (that it’s not good ) makes me run to the bathroom. LOVE ITTTTT !!!!!
