Got a packet of these to share amongst my neighbours because a lot of bin handles are coming off because of the way the bin men in Croydon are manhandling the bins. These are a nice tight fit , worthy of the 5 stars I’ve given.

Good quality

These did not fit. You would be better off finding a piece of stick in the park to fix the problem.

Despite checking bin references they don't fit most domestic UK wheelie bins the 240 standard or the smaller 140. I have a commercial 500 they fit perfectly but 1 hour after fitting and several opening and closing the plug snapped. It seems the quality of the plastic is poor and brittle so having a large pack will probably last a year. They do state the size of the plugs which is good but I fixed my bin with a large raw plug and screw. Usual cheap Chinese plastic so I have myself to blame.

They did not stand up to bin being emptied, broke each time I put a new one in. Waste of money.

Product does not fit uk wheelie bins, way too big

I needed to replace the bits that hold by Wheelie Bin lid on, and these were just the trick. The pins were a bit snug when inserting and needed a thump with the heel of my hand, but they seem sturdy, and the bin lid has not blown away yet.

J'ai remplacé l'axe du couvercle de ma poubelle. Les dimensions étaient conformes, et je n'ai eu aucun problème pour l'insérer.Les employés qui manipulent les poubelles sont un peu brutaux avec le matériel et il me reste 9 axes sur les dix fournis. Si je vois un voisin qui a une poubelle abîmée je remplacerai l'axe au besoin.

Mon conteneur de 100 l avait perdu une goupille, et je me demandais comment la remplacer. Ces articles sont parfaits. Faciles à mettre, d'un petit coup de marteau. Ma poubelle est comme neuve. Reste à savoir ce que je vais faire des 9 goupilles qui restent!
