Slap one of these $20 bad boys on a little 3” harbor freight bench grinder and you got yourself a fairly portable tungsten grinder (had to shim the shaft size up to 1/2”). Wish it came in 3/8”s arbor, but really good wheel for the price.

I use the wheel as a tungsten grinder/sharpening wheel. It's very effective it grinds perfectly fine and does not take take long to sharpen a tungsten. It has an adaptor for the harbor but the original hole it's a 5/8 so it'll fit perfectly on a regular angle grinder. Totally value for the cost.UPDATE: After a little more than a year of use, the wheel still pretty good and working properly. only use it for tungsten sharpening.

Listing says 1/2", but it's 5/8" with a 1/2" bushing - this will not work for my intended use, I wish the listing was accurate. Next step is to return.

I put this on a Harbor Freight grinder. I had to make a bushing to accommodate the smaller shaft. I use this exclusively for sharpening tungstens for TIG welding. The 150 grit gives a smooth finish to the tips for a nice arc.
