Pros:- The needlepoint thing really isn't a gimmick! This baby went really quick and was great at cutting through choppy waves while on the lake. In still water it was a bullet!-The blow-up seat was actually an awesome feature. We ended up using the paddleboard the most this way; it becomes more like a kayak (luckily the kit includes a kayak paddle!) and the seat was nice and tall and so comfortable. I wasn't expecting to like it so much.- The kit includes everything you might need: air pump, stand-up paddle, kayak/rowing paddle, seat with straps, repair kit, backpack-style container bag with a nice fat zipper and pockets, etc.- Great quality. Materials seem very sturdy and all the seals were tight. The whole gang was impressed.Cons:- Because of the needlepoint design, the paddleboard was less stable and I found myself falling off more often (when using as a SUP) than other inflatable paddleboards I've used (wider, shorter, river-type SUP's).- The plastic tip makes folding the paddleboard difficult after deflation. The manual gives instructions (you fold it in a sort of triangle/flag style), but the end result is still VERY bulky compared to other inflatable paddleboards I've used.- Related to the above, it was difficult to get everything to fit back in the bag once everything was folded and taken apart. User error, perhaps.

We bought this paddleboard for my daughter to use. It was quick and easy to set up, and she loved it. Would recommend to anybody.
