Bought because all purpose flour, even the organic kind wasn’t digesting well. These berries milled make the best fresh bread and are not upsetting and easily digested!

We mill them to add to all-purpose flour to make manto (plain Chinese buns) and huajuan (scallion rolls). I recommend it.
