Kleenex Eye Makeup Remover Pads with Dispenser, 60 Oil Free Makeup Remover Eye Pads

I like to use a light exfoliant once in a while on my face and this product did the trick and made my face and neck nice and smooth. It has built-in cleaner, so my face felt fresh and clean too. I used it in the shower and so used it on my entire body too. My first impression was my eyes started to burn and when I got out of the shower I felt dried out. I immediately put lotion all over and felt good. The next day, my face still felt smooth and clean. I was concerned about the burning I felt in my eyes while using this in the shower, so I looked into the ingredients.PEG-100 is the first ingredient. I have no idea what that is, so I looked at the EWG's Skin Deep cosmetic database on the Internet. It said PEG-100 has a moderate level of toxicity which made me more curious about it. I found a website, The Derm Review, that explained it well. It also altered me to the fact this may not be the best thing for me to be using on a regular, long-term basis. If you have a cut or sore on your skin, there is the possibility of the PGE-100 getting into your body and can build up in your body till it reaches a toxic level. There is not conclusive evidence at this time whether PEG-100 cause major health issues or if it is safe, but I am not willing to take that risk (especially because I'm a breast cancer survivor). All women need to be aware of this risk, so many beauty products use PEG-100.PEG-100 is a good cleaner, exfoliant, and emulsifier and that is why it is included in so many products. This Kleenex product works as intended, moisten the applicator a bit, then use the blue side to exfoliate. The other side is meant to smooth and also provides a light exfoliant. It is meant to use once, then throw out, so their is a fair amount of waste. I like the little flip-top container and I will keep the plastic inserts to use the container rather than throwing it away.Overall, I think this is an effective product, but I can't give it more than a 2-star because of the ingredients. I didn't mention the other ingredients, but most of those look like bad chemicals too. My main concern with this product is the chemicals. I like the Kleenex fabric and idea of this product, so I can rinse out the chemicals and just use product with regular soap for the remainder of the product I have. Each "refillable container" has 25 wipes in each package. The actual dispenser (the container you place the refills in) is a square container with a lid (which I love!) and has square hole at the bottom. The refillable container covers that hole, and you could more than likely (when finished with all the wipes) can keep the refillable container and just fill it with baby wipes or other makeup remover wipes in it to keep on your counter, vanity, or in your bathroom. I've been trying these wipes out since I got them in the mail and came to the realization that it's an okay product. It definitely is refreshing, smells great, and does take makeup off your skin, but I found that it doesn't remove everything. I actually have to use two of these wipes to remove my foundation, and even then, there's still makeup that runs off in the water when I wash my face. I've been using them everyday just so I can get rid of them and go back to using my Neutrogena makeup wipes. If you're using these as a "I'm too tired to wash my face so I'll use a wipe" kind of thing, this product will work, but if you're trying to remove your makeup with them, then I would suggest a different product. But, if you're using these to wipe your face to refresh or just get oil/dirt off, then these will work great!

I was reading some of the reviews on here I personally love these wipes they are the best face wipes I have never used. I read one review that said she has to use to just to get her makeup off well I would strongly have to disagree these wipes are nice sized they're thick and they stay wet an extremely long time I have not had any issues with needing to use more than one I find I still have tons of room and lots of moisture left even after I'm done cleaning my face. Hands down these are the best I've ever used in my life and I will continue to buy them I feel they are way worth it. Do yourself a favor and at least just try these and I guarantee you'll love them. I purchased these for a sick relative that was not able to shower/bath everyday. She was so happy with them. She said it made her feels so much better to clean her face. My sisters use them to remove makeup and clean their face at the end of the day, a very full house with one shared bathroom can be hard to deal with, but these cut down the time they need a sink in the bathroom. Very soft to the touch and don't scratch sensitive skin. Great product, cuts down bathroom time, very soft and lots of uses.

Great product idea for the price, but each pad has a mild soap which is activated when wet. I honestly wish the soap was not there, because I would have liked to use my own facial cleaner in combination with the exfoliating pads.For $10, you get a dispenser which is full, in addition to a refill. I think that's a great deal.

i love these. they do not irritate my skin. the dispenser is decent quality. the top has started coming off, but it clips back on.Edit: I bought them a second time. That box did NOT come with the dispenser. It was four refills.Edit: at the time of the second purchase, I signed up for a subscription to deliver every other month. July is supposed to be the first delivery, and I have been notified that the delivery is delayed and Amazon is “worked to get my product.” I am not optimistic. Reducing to Three Stars.

I am in loveeee with these! They are definitely not very abrasive or too strong on the skin I can tell just from using them. They smell WONDERFUL! Are super convenient particularly for when I only do my eye make up or just to take it off in general which is great! Sometimes I have a hard time getting that eye make up off my face, so these are marvelous! Definitely something I'll keep buying in the future hopefully they don't up the price too much <3

These makeup wipes are decent. I like that they don't have oil in them and they get off about 95% of the makeup. I used three of these front and back but when I used my face scrub, more makeup came off. Still, this is a decent makeup wipe for a great price.
