The media could not be loaded. So far so good! Yes like all other reviews the dropper just doesn’t work and the product is slighly thicker than oil but the product itself is a good one: in just one week of usage i see a difference in my skin texture.. I simply transferred it to another container and using it. Giving one less star just for the bad package/dropper

The product works wonders on my skin, but the problem is with their packaging. It's so thick, it has cream like consistency...so they should have used a jar kinda container for this, not dropper system. I'm really disappointed with the packaging man.😮‍💨

The product is really good and effective. But the packaging is not convenient. The lotion is very thick . It doesn't get into the dropper provided with the pack . More over when you try to take it out on your palm by shaking the bottle, it comes out with great difficulty in very small quantity. it requires a lot of efforts. Thickness of lotion is the cause

It's an average product. I'm using second bottle now and not feeling much difference. It's don't have a serum feeling rather like cream with thick consistency. So why they chose a dropper design...? As Product is thick, it doesn't get inside the dropper and when it's almost 80% finished, you will find it more difficult. Just Herbs should work on the package design. In short, it's a not wow not bad Product

Very disappointing experience after paying so much for such a waste product. It is mentioned to be 30 ml but actually the quantity in bottle in hardly 5 ml. The amount is so much less that it does not come with the given dropper even during first use. As far as the quality is concerned, it is so much artificially fragranted that it does not seem to be just herbs and effectiveness is not at all visible with such a damaged product.

I like the product but the pretty pink and white bottle is really small and the serum gets stuck inside; it’s not easy to get it out. In the end a lot of product gets lost, which is a pity.

the bottle nob is not working at all and the consistensy of the serum is thick. now getting the serum out of that small bottle is almost impossible.
