Nice, stylish, reasonably quiet (although 2 out of 2 of mine sound like they have a loose bearing).The reason for the TWO STARS is that, no matter what power source I plug them into (via USB), they constantly turn on and off, turn up to high, down to low... all by themselves. VERY ANNOYING!!!I have tried different power sources (laptops, AC adapters, etc...) and even tried putting a ferrite bead (RF blocker) on the cord... no difference.So, if you buy one, just be aware that it is going to do whatever it wants, regardless of what you set it at.

Would Not call it "Ultra" Quiet. It's quiet, but not silent...
