How can I make the exchange as there is no box for the cylinder and no scan code ?

Do you accept for exchange SodaStream cylinders or only Sodamix?

Hello there, thanks for reaching out to us for your gas exchange. Well, it depends on the type of cylinder and its age. Some sodatream cylinders cannot be filled as they have a special valve. I suggest you send us a clear photo of the date of production which you can find on the top part of of cylinder, along with a photo of the valve from side and top. Sodamix team

تم طلب الاسطوانة وكانت ممتازة، كان عندي مشكلة أن الغازات بالمشروب خفيفة والتواصل كان جداً احترافي من قبل فريق البائع (اكوالاين) وحضر للمنزل للتأكد مع إحضار جهاز آخر واسطوانة جديدة، وتبين أن المشكلة من الجهاز وليس الاسطوانة. خدمة ما بعد بيع احترافية وراقية وسأستمر بالتعامل معكم، شكراً لكم.
