Too many eggs
Good recipes but the 28-day plan has a egg for breakfast every day. There is no alternative I could find for those who would find so many eggs somewhat ... binding? If there had been an alternative I'd have given it four stars.On the whole, rather than do, low the plan, I'll just do half a plate of vegetables, 3/8s of a plate of protein, and a final 1/8 of starch, plus a small portion of fruit and a miniscule amp t of oil and a glass of water.

Be careful if you are outside the US. It is an US book with US measures such as cups.Recipes good otherwise.

Looking Good
I just received it today, and on first glance I'm truly impressed. Recipes are easy to understand and to break down if you don't want to make a meal that has 6 portions. I saw that and thought it would be great leftovers for lunch. In response to the review that said there were "stains" on the book, it isn't so. It is the paper having the appearance of it being well used and weathered. Also, in response to the review about there being 96 items on the grocery list for the first week, may also may not be true. This is because you may already have these things on hand, such as carrots, cucumbers, zucchini and spices such as cayenne etc. IMHO I did not think it way too out there. I will update my review once I get into the diet, but so far I'm excited to give it a try.

More than a diet book, over and above what I expected!
This book is extremely beautiful! The info and the wide variety of information goes Beyond, over and above my expectations! Great designs on each page and gorgeous pictures of amazing recipes which I started marking pages immediately! Do you not miss out on this one, not a chance you will regret it! even though it says diet weight loss on it, for me it’s a lifestyle change because our family has decided to eat healthier by following the Mediterranean meal plans!!!! In my opinion, and my doctors!!!! The Mediterranean “diet” Is and extremely healthy we to eat! Heart smart and body smart!
