- No country of origin (illegal in the US)- Comes with a single sticker, burlap bag (tho the pieces aren't in it), and a card with a pic that is of no use whatsoever, smaller than the lid and no shapes. There's a piece inside that props the lid up but it's too small and dark and doesn't show the piece shapes. Listing page zoom is the only help you'll get but that's limited because...- Shape key shown in the listing pix does not match the puzzle. At all. Anywhere.- Puzzle color is less rich than listing pix show, sort of, and color on many of the small designs is different than shown- You'll see a variety of angels here but they also included shapes I can only describe as 'evil' leaning. Some kind of demon head, weapons, snake, a man seemingly raising his arms to protect himself... there's also a gnome type. Just oddThe color issue is difficult to explain. All parts of the tree and 'vines' and 'roots' and such are rich and really good, the background design, sort of mandala-ish, is pale pastels, rather flat. I don't like that but as a whole, the tree does raise the background some and it works well enough.Connection type was heavily weighted in hooks, I would have preferred more variety and it would have added challenge.Edge burns were common and pretty bad through the pastel parts, making them look dingy. The poor ink resulting in tons of rubbed edges was even worse. I have a lot of fine tip markers, though, so I was able to retouch most of them.Despite all that, I did enjoy doing this puzzle. it was decently challenging if only because there's no shape key and very little color help, but it looks decent and I did put it on the wall. It took some convincing to get my spouse to sit down and work on a puzzle with me, but once we started there was no stopping! We had a chance to build Zen Chalet's guitar puzzle and we were immediately hooked. There are a few parts that are tricky, but the satisfaction of clicking together the right pieces is plenty of encouragement. The sturdiness of this puzzle gives a really premium feel. The tree of life puzzle lives up to the expectations and provided a great way to connect and chat while working together. I think there will be a lot more puzzles in our future!

This is a beautiful puzzle of good quality, however, I was disappointed to discover one piece was missing as I completed it. After carefully searching the area for the missing piece I contacted ZenChalet, the vendor, directly. They replied quickly and are sending out a replacement puzzle. Their prompt response and proposed resolution has been more than satisfactory. Thank you ZenChalet! I will order from them again!

I got tired of virtual puzzles, sudoku etc, and visual difficulties had me discouraged. On a whim I bought this. After initial frustrations this became a challenge. Very glad to find this has sparked brain activity I forgot I had. Very cleverly engineered to draw you in and keep you entertained. Well Done!!!!!

Tree of Life that is! I wanted to branch out with my puzzle game. This puzzle leaves you no choice but to love it. I wood definitely buy from this company again.
