While this product tasted awful, it is well worth it because it works!! I found the best way to hide the taste is to mix this in some grape juice. I could barely taste the tonic while in grape juice. I had an oversupply of milk and then my son stopped eating. I went from oversupply to producing less than 1/2 oz per breast. I was worried because my son refused to take a bottle to I had to find a way to keep my supply up. someone told me to try this stuff. I began taking it 3 times a day along with pumping every 2 hours for a week (that week sucked but it was worth it). My supply started coming back little by little. after about 5 weeks of pumping 5 times a day and taking the tonic 3 times daily I was able to bring back my over supply of milk. I am not saying that everyone will get an oversupply of milk from using it but I think it will help increase milk supply.

I have nursed all of my children, and struggled to keep up my milk supply until I found this. I take 1 squirt 3 times a day, more if my supply seems low. I have found that it works well, but I also have to increase my food intake when I use this to really allow my body to increase supply with these herbs. My first child I had milk for 3 months. Several children later, I am able to nurse for almost a year, thanks to this supplement.

While my cousin swears up and down by this because it increased her milk supply many times over, it did absolutely nothing for me.Each person is different so for some it works, for some it doesn't. The taste is easy to get over as long as you gulp the fluid you put it in like a shot.

I use this all the time to make sure I have sufficent milk supply if my husband and I want to go out on a date or if I just need to leave and have some time to myself. I have also used this when I saw that I wasn't producing as much. I learned that caffeine and alcohol can slowly deplete my milk supply even if I pump and dump. Needless to say I stopped drinking coffee and wine :(, but I still use this product to keep an extra milk supply.

Tastes TERRIBLE but like any mom I will do anything for my baby. Definitely helps increase production. I found it is easier to drink in sweet tea.

Amazing product bit increases my milk within the day I start taking it! Taste isn't that great but it works miracles in creasing my supply. I normally mix it with my OJ or Apple juice and it helps mask the taste. Has helped me get a freezer stash, so I don't have to supplement when my son increases his ounces during growth spurts! 5 stars!

I was struggling for weeks to get my milk to fully come in, but then I tried the tonic. Within a few days, I saw a difference and in combination with a consistent pumping schedule, I was soon able to start pumping enough to store milk in the freezer! 6 weeks later and I'm still using the product to keep my supply strong.

This worked great in the beginning (1-3mo). After about the 6mo mark, I didn't really notice a difference in supply by using this.
