I use them for nasal irrigation, the tips are good, small enough for tiny passage ways.Older ones were more slick, more firm, and seemed too have heavier duty walls.These seem a bit fuzzy when held.time will tell if the hold up as well (walls seem thinner)?? sheerness (above) describes what??
