Book smells with mustiness
Book came in good shape (pages, cover etc.), dust cover a bit broken - but that's ok.However, it smells (stinks?) with mustiness, difficult to read without nausea - clearly stayed years in some bottom corner in storage / attic.

Lots of great ideas to copy although for most of the spectacular visuals in the book, you would really need an architect.
