Worst product, bad smell
bad smell keeps lingering in room causing vomiting ... recommend not to spend money on this cheap product.Thought after use 3-4 days the smell will reduce but even after keeping it on for 7-8 days in open air the smell is not gone and now this is not usable at all.technology wise the product is developed good but primary issue of bad smell is make product unusable.

Excellent product but 2021 make & model
Excellent product, working well and efficient in warming the room in a optimal time.Make & model is Dec 2021. However warranty covers from the date of purchase.

Worst product, no return policy total waste of money. Amazon please refund
The media could not be loaded. Worst product, no return policy total waste of money. I asked for return to Amazon but they are not taking it back, rather than replacement. First it shows return option then they take away the option with technical assistance "How can we resolve it". after following all steps exceutive tells you cannot return the product but can replace it with new heater. Arre nahi chahiye bhai. Be saved. I have a used in small room too, but no heating is produced, just have to watch the heater with expectations. No output delivered. Amazon Please refund me. Not even worth a star. Also Amazon Provide option to rate no star.

Missing parts ..otherwise the OFR looks good and heating well

A must for winter's
Got it delivered yesterday afternoon, no damages. Installation took 15 minutes. Nice built quality from havells.Mind blowing purchase.Used it for 1 day only but it works very well. Outside temperatures around 19 degree celsius.Warmed a big room (22 X12 feets) in an hour.

I have received the product before delivery.im using it yesterday and the heating is good , ease of installation, look is good.
