As good as Fluke and Megger all day long!
Received meter and have had in use for a week. I use this meter in Industrial maintenance on automated paint lines to check grounding and electrostatic equipment, I have been using this along side two other guys that have $800+ Fluke and Megger meters and this is of the same build quality and producing the same readings but easier to use. The guy with the Fluke wants to trade so that tells a story right there. $250 well spent.

Great insulation tester
Lots of my testers get beat up kept by employees. Normally use Biddle equipment at over 4X the price. Included clamps and leads are all I need. Great value arrived in 2 days. Just noticed that the price went down after I purchased it go figure.
