Easy to use and almost right result

Thermometer is not calibrated
I got this meter to simplify data -taking in my aquaponics system. Sadly, the thermometer is not properly calibrated. It reads at least 10 degrees colder than any other instrument I have. Merchant has not responded to my request for assistance. Leads me to question the accuracy of the other measurement this unit is supposed to provide. Disappointing.
