Arrived broken
Item arrived and does not work. Instructions are in decipherable. It looks like someone in china tried to write english instructions. Stay away from this product.

Have to be an engineer to operate it
After adjusting the switches it Works but battery does not charge. If i unplug it the timer counter resets.If this item was more then 15 bucks i would return it.

Charged it up and can't open it.
