This device works. I had been losing as much as 15 chickens and 12 ducks in a month using temporary electric fencing. I have been using this device for close to a month now along with a similar device and a very bright blinking flashlight. I have not lost a chicken, guinea, rabbit, duck or goose since I started using these lights. Also, the deer are not chewing on my peach, apple, pear and plum trees. I hope it keeps them out of my okra this summer. I lost a number of okra plants due to deer eating them. I will be buying more to expand my area. I can see the deer with my night scope about a eighth mile from my field at night.

Even eating things they used to leave alone. Sadly, These didn't even stop them for 1 night.See video of deer eating my hydrangeas at night right next to the flashing eyes. Not a care in the world. The white flashing in the middle is one pair of eyes. There were actually more pairs of these facing these shrubs that aren't picked up by the Ring camera. We had 4 pairs out there. Zero deterrent. Deer ran away because husband & dogs chased it off.

Worked for awhile.

These are fantastic! Have had a skunk problem. Placed them all over in problem areas, so far not more skunk activity that we have noticed. Also placed on chicken coops. So simple to install.

I put two of these out! No more plants were chewed on. They actually started growing again. Neighbors had trouble too, so gave them 2 also another neighbor, gave them 2. They kept the deer out of our gardens. I am almost sure they worked on the ground hog too.7-7-2024 I would like to add to my review. I saw several that said it didn't work and would like to ask if they put the Animal repellar at a level where it would be for a skunk, raccoon, ground hog, rabbit. The eyes flash on and off to startle. If they eyes are not on the level of the animal I would think they probably would "just walk by". I know the deer have not had a chewing session for quite awhile now. I have had these out pretty much all of one year. My Peach tree actually has grown and so has my sedums. I have another and might try a lower level as I do have groundhogs, chipmunks and rabbits around. Just to see, if putting them at a lower level helps. Now if I just could get something for those darn Moles, I would be so happy!

We have a yard surrounded by woods and a stream near by. Over the years, new houses have been built so my USMC markmanship skills which I used to be able to employ as a means of varmint control have been somewhat retired, leaving us open to becoming a feeding stop. Feeding what? Deer, deer, more deer. Wood chucks. Turkeys and other birds who love my blue berries and raspberries. We also have a flower bed which apparently has become the neighborhood buffet for rabbits and chipmunks. Anyway , a friend suggested this sort of deterrent so I installed these lights all over and they seem to be working. Too early to tell if the critters will get used to them but time will tell. I simply put the device on a 3-4 stake by tomatoes (deer feeder) and a 1 ft stake near flowers (rabbits et al) . Be prepared for a freaky night time light show. Bright flashing red lights seem to do the trick. If you got critter problems, I would give these a try

This item is a joke!I have some flashing red lights in my yard. That is all. They did nothing. 10 of them flashing and doing nothing. I ordered 12. Two didn’t work. Maybe a should attach one to a stick… dance around from 9pm to 6 am waving it? Was that the instructions I missed when you sent it?
