Very promising. I was told that I am anemic and iron deficient. I only wish this wasn't so expensive as I like taking this type of iron as it as it is not cause stomach upset or constipation.My iron stores are down internally And so is my B12. . I will update when I get blood work drawn this month. 4 months of taking this Fingers crossed

I’ve struggled with low iron for years, and this supplement has been a game-changer! Unlike other iron supplements, it doesn’t upset my stomach or cause constipation. The liquid form is easy to take, and it has a mild, almost tasteless flavor. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels since starting it. I used to purchase this iron from their site a few years back so when I started getting low iron symptoms again I wanted to purchase the same one which I found here on Amazon. For those that are confused **THE DATE ON THE BOTTLE** is actually when the product was manufactured or made. ITS NOT AN EXPIRATION SATE!! Please use this, it’s awesome

No stomach upset. No metallic aftertaste. Good value for heme iron. No constipation. Make sure you're looking after your cofactors so you don't overload your iron or tank your B12, D or C, for instance.

Need to increase iron levels as I’m pregnant and am low per recent blood test. These do not give me nausea or hurt my stomach!!!!! Been taking for a week now 🙃

This is not cheap iron, but it works! I follow “The Iron Protocol” and have raised my ferritin level by more than 70 points. I’ll continue repurchasing because I’ve had good results without the face flushing that other heme-iron has given me.

My iron levels dropped, and my PCP recommended this supplement. However, as soon as I started taking it, I felt significantly worse than the symptoms I had from low iron. The side effects included dizziness, low oxygen levels, lightheadedness, extreme fatigue, balance issues, and brain fog. After two trips to the ER and numerous tests, including EKGs, CT scans, and ultrasounds, all the results came back normal. On my second ER visit, I had skipped taking the supplement, and by the next day, I felt completely normal again. To be transparent, the supplement did increase my iron levels by 9 points in 10 days and my saturation by 3 points. However, due to the dangerous drop in oxygen levels it caused, I decided to seek a safer alternative. This is just my personal experience.
