I have always liked Dawn Powerwash for its performance, but have always had to use alternatives, due to the sickening (to me) scent - “fresh scent” it is not, to my olfactory system, anyhow. I literally felt nauseated with the original scent(s), so have turned to other foaming dishsoap(s). Particularly, since my dishwasher has been malfunctioning the last 6 months or so, and is likely on its very last leg at this point; until I can replace it, I’m forced to do more handwashing. The apple scent is refreshing, not sickening and has that great performance, particularly on grease. Took a chance on this scent, and thankfully, it paid off! The continuous spray mechanism sometimes “clogs”, which is a pain (though some YT videos are helpful on disassembling and reassembling to get it spraying effectively again). May try lemon scent next (neither of these is available in my local area, retail. If you’re sensitive to scents and had a similar experience to the original lineup, try this one…you won’t regret it! For tougher messes, I rinse with a bit of hot water, let the suds sit for a few minutes, and then wipe—usually works really well.I’m not particularly sensitive to scents, but the smell is actually mild and pleasant—not strong or overwhelming. I also like that it doesn’t irritate my hands even when I’m not wearing gloves.The only issue I’ve had is with the packaging. In my last two orders, one came with a cracked spray bottle that leaked in the box, and the other time, a refill was damaged and had leaked as well. It made a mess and I had to rinse everything off first. Aside from that, the product itself works well.

I’m in love with washing dishes 😊 this stuff is amazing! The smell is awesome as well. I thought I’d try this product as I’ve heard a lot of people talk about how easy it is to use. It stays where you spray it. I used it on a baking dish that never seemed to feel clean despite many washings. With once round of using this product, I actually heard squeaky noises while rinsing. I was definitely sold then! I like the fact you can refil it as well. This stuff will last me a long time!
