The Perfect Drawer Hidden Cue Rack for 7', 8' and 9' Pool Tables

Works great- easy install. I had to modify a bit -as rear of hinge hit sub supports- but no real problem. Direction were great and install very easy. Even with the modification had installed in less than 1 hr. Looks great cant see it-lol) and holds seven of my cues, the ball set and two of my cue cases. Very happy with it!

The good first. The drawer is exactly as advertised. It mounts underneath your table and when closed disappears from view. The drawer conveniently holds cues, balls, chalk, etc. The drawer is easy to pull down and put away. Now for the bad and very frustrating part of this product. The installation instructions stink, possibly the worst I've ever encountered. Ikea's cartoon-like instructions are better than the ones included with this product. The pictures in the instructions are incredibly blurry so that you cannot see the detail. The pictures you can see were done on a pool table with the slate removed. The bolt installation requires a 7/16" drill bit, which is very rare and ran me $20 at the home depot. You also need to install the drawer brackets on the inside cross members and not the outside (something they fail to tell you about). The long bolts go on the cross members, save the shorter members for the drawer and cross supports, but make sure you see which size fits in which because they are not virtually interchangeable. I spent close to 4 hours installing this drawer and while happy with the end result, better instructions or an installation video could have made the process half as long.

Great idea for hidden shelf but even better business model for them to charge so much ($100) for replacement shocks to keep the shelf off the ground. I’m considering cutting my losses and removing it.

The accessory tray is convient in concept but over time the pistons fail and will not hold a single pool cue up let alone balls. I have replaced the pistons once. The alarming part is Legacy Billiards charges almost $100 for these pistons which is totally ridiculous. The bottom line, don't buy this billiard accessory tray, you won't be happy over time. You have been warned!

This is a must have, especially if you already own a legacy table. I say that because if you own a newer legacy table, the holes should already be pre-drilled into your cross members making the installation extremely easy to do. Instructions are not the best, however I found it easier to just look at the diagram to figure out where everything goes. I am able to store everything out of the way and you can’t even see the storage table when it’s retracted, which is nice as we also have the legacy table top. Hopefully the shocks hold up, will report back. Also want to point out that the seller I bought from, Kinney Billiards are one of the best in the business. Any installation trouble just call them and they can walk you through it.

The pistons don’t last. Mine no longer stays up.
