My ice pack for my shoulders—easy to put on, great, comfortable, and made of good material. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend it; it relieved my pain.

Perfect ! relieved painful shoulder and neck within minutes. Hyperextended my arm and pulled my shoulder out too far when reaching for something and then pain arrived hours later, thank goodness this arrived the next morning! after three days of rest, icing with this, and elevation, I did some slow rotations and now a week and half later - so much better. So many people say heat feels better, I am a changed person - ICE it first!!

The good: Has gel, gets/stays cold The "meh" the majority of the gel is at the biceps/triceps area. This is marketed for the shoulder. I need cold at the AC joint. The gel loses its cool quickly at the shoulder because there is less gel. The arm velcro is weird. If you wrap it all the way around, like shown in the picture, you have to twist the velcro to get it to stick. And it is super awkward to try to fasten the arm band one handed. Not bad for shoulder, not great. Mostly awesome for a biceps / triceps injury.

This helped my husbands shoulder pain immensely. Helped at night, just pop the entire piece into the microwave, there is nothing to add or take apart, it’s all one piece. Get it ice and hot and put it on like a sling. Really a game changer!

I have tried various ice pack items with none being comfortable or well-fitting. I took a chance on this one and I am so glad I made the purchase. It stays cold longer than any other I have tried, around 30 minutes. It fits comfortably and is easy and quick to strap on when needed. The weight is just right, not too heavy, not too light. It stays in place well because of the adjustable straps. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has had frustrations with similar products.
