Luke Leather coaches are garbage, the flat springs broke free within 2 years on 2 identical coaches I owned and no amount of calling was ever returned.

I must say this product lived up to all the reviews. It is very plush, comfortable, and (we've only had it a little over 24 hours so forgive us) seems fairly durable with simple, clear cleaning and upkeep instructions. A gorgeous colour, it is (as all the reviews said) darker than the image above, it is more of a cherry red than a lipstick, but still is very gorgeous and bold, a perfect center statement for any living area. The only small issue we had was it is not very DEEP, which is absolutely fine. It is perfect for sitting or one-person stretching out quite comfortably, but if you're a couch-cuddler or a spooning couple its a wee bit tricky. I believe an ottoman will completely cure any depth issues the potential buyer may have. We are very happy with Luke's Leather's product and cannot wait to order the matching chair to this product.That being said, I must also warn all future buyers about another review-given warning-The shipping. Is. AWFUL.We didn't get it quite as bad as some Wayfair and Amazon buyers, but it was still a headache-filled nightmare getting the sofa or even getting a straight answer from any of the shipping company's representatives.They were almost a month late (as promised by reviews) with our delivery due to ambiguous 'unforeseen circumstances', we were routinely lied to about the status of our delivery, and the representatives purposefully call at the end of their business hours with the full intention of you not being able to call back in time to confirm or complain about any updates. We were never transferred or called back by customer service when we requested, and instead were just hung up on. For the most part the girl who called us was pleasant, though remarkably unhelpful in every area but unwinding the company's lies, but a few were quite rude if my fiance called inquiring on my behalf while I was at work (it was MY name on the delivery sheet, but HIS name on the payment, and we had already made clear that we BOTH had each others permission to make inquiries and changes to the order if need be.)HOWEVER I did find out from one representative that even though it is NOT possible when you place the order to have it shipped via any other company (which is REALLY crummy, considering Amazon almost ALWAYS goes through FedEx, UPS or the basic post) you CAN call the shipping company once they receive it from Luke's Leather and request that another carrier pick it up.I HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking to purchase this beautiful product, or any other product from Luke's Leather, request that FedEx or UPS pick it up and deliver it instead. I do not know if it costs extra, but believe me, when we order the coordinating chair to this piece, we will be doing just that. Any small extra shipping fee from another company is WAY better than dealing with the default shipping company.

Chairs are Great! Service is Bad!
We have just received our new recliner, leather chairs from Luke Leather (custom order). To be fair, the chairs are as good as Luke Leather claims. They are extremely nice quality, good comfort, great looking - we are very happy with the chairs. If I was only rating the chairs, I would give 5 stars.A few words of caution however, I would be wary of ordering from them if you live any significant distance from their office. I would also be wary if you place a custom order vs. stock order. Luke Leather claims to be able to deliver custom orders within 90 days. We waited 6 MONTHS. 6 weeks of this process was with the Shipper, West Express. Obviously, there were lots of errors that occurred with our order. I suspect the first problem was misplacing of our order. Luke Leather had several opportunities to correct the situation or at least give some gesture to us, but he did none of that. It seems like he doesn't watch his orders very closely, and he definitely washes his hands of the order once the Shipper has it. We had to call the Shipper directly several times (after searching ourselves for their phone number) because they never contacted us. During the very last delay, the shipper claimed they didn't have our phone number so they let a truck go without our order. We asked the Luke Leather owner to do something, since it was really his job to ensure the order successfully made it to our house. He had the Owner of the Shipping Company call us to explain why they weren't at fault and that we were only experiencing and additional 1 week delay (it was 2). Fair enough. Luke Leather needed 4.5 months to build the two chairs, so the bulk of this issue began with them. When a customer has been waiting longer than expected, and they ask for help, it seems prudent to do something tangible in an effort to preserve your reputation.I love the chairs, but I would have never ordered from them if I knew it was a 6 month process.

It took longer than expected. It isn't as red as it appears in the pictures, but it's a nice color.
