very happy
i will say when i bought this i had my doubts. just because it was so much cheaper than the rest, was worried about the strength/quality of it and cutting the bumper was a little intimidating. we had the bumper hitch that came out from underneath the bumper but needed this due to the exhaust my wife wanted.first the hitch quality-going strictly off looks and weight I'm extremely happy. feels supper beeffy and the welds look really clean and strong. my wife jeep grand cheeked is only rated for 6700lb and only plan top use this to tow a rzr/sidexside or quads/dirt bikes on an all aluminum trailer. the jeep will probably never see more than 3500-4000lbs on it at a time. still on the topic of strength this is like 3to4 times thicker than the crash bumper it replaces so it also makes me happy knowing she drives around with it and a tow hitch in just incase someone was to rear end her.hardware-this is the reason for one star missing. the hard wear seems very cheap compared to the existing hardware holding in the stock crash bumper. after comparing the marks in the heads of the bolts and looking up ratings i stuck with the factory bolts but there is only 3 for each side so i did use one of the new bolts on each side. im sure this could be fixed by going to the local hardware store and getting something stronger if needed or going to the dealer and buying some new bolts.cutting the bumper-this was a little scary to cut into a perfectly good bumper. first make sure you are not in a hurry or rush and plenty of time to do it. for me i had to keep reminding myself slow down you only get on shot. i di use a jig saw to cut out the big opening but cut it an 1/8" smaller than the opening and finished it with a razor blade. i tried the razor blade first but it took so much pressure to start and cut that i was scared i would slip and ruin the bumperi think it turned out perfectly and most importantly the wife is happy that it looks like it came from the factory that way. hopefully this helps
