It really just sucks it smells like peppermint and thats a plus. Other than that it doesn’t really do what its suppose to it works when you first slab it on and start the workout, but 5 mins in and its done working and all it really does is just irritates the skin and leaves it severely red feeling burned like a heat rash. Yes I know I said it makes a burning sensation so that must mean it worked, but nooo it don’t cause your not sweating with this burn, but instead your stopping your workout to wash it off because the burn is intense and irritating. No I am not allergic to it because right after I wash it off I am instantly soothed and my skin feels better. Also if I leave it on longer than the 5 mins its works and do it during my entire workout it stops burning after 5 mins and just practically does nothing further so thats also how I know it doesn’t work.

Definitely worth the purchase makes you feel the burn 2nd bottle in and it’s my go to you do feel a burn when you apply it but as soon as you start your workout goes away and have lost 2 inches off my waist.

Heats up really fast but doesn’t last very long. I wouldn’t buy it again but it wasn’t badly priced. I haven’t noticed any benefits from it yet but I have only been using it for about 2 weeks. Strong odor, smells like icy hot
