My friend owns a Thai restaurant and she knew I loved Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea And drank it everyday so when I moved away she gave me a bag of each and this is what she uses at her restaurant and I have purchased this for many Years and it’s exactly like how they serve it at the restaurant.

Oliang is widely used for Thai coffee กาแฟเย็น or (gafae yen) I’ve also seen people use Café du Monde Coffee for Vietnamese style coffee too. If you’re concerned about the corn and soy additives, it contributes to the flavor. It’s not an everyday thing to drink because it usually contains condensed milk, sugar, and evaporated milk in the actual recipe. The ratio coffee to water is different. The process is similar to brewing espresso. I use a 3 tbsp to 1 cup ratio. The end result is extremely strong coffee. It’s great if you mix it with ice on a hot summer day.

The other reviewers Are correct! This coffee is just like what you pay five dollars a glass for at the Thai restaurant. Now you can make it at home and add as much of whatever kind of sweetener you want! There is nothing quite like the flavor of Thai coffee.

I found this on YT on Pailin's channel ! I've been loving thai food since the early 80's and tried a million different coffees and finally gave up on trying to make thai iced coffee until NOW ! this tastes just like your fav thai restaurant.

The original Thai coffee contains three roasted ingredients. That's what I appreciate about this purchase!When strained I strore the coffee in the refrigerator and use small amounts to make Thai iced coffee. It's original and traditional

I should have looked at the ingredient list before purchasing, but foolishly assumed this was tamarind and coffee like I'm used to. It's 50% coffee and the rest is corn & soy~neither of which I care to put into my body:(It's opened or else I would've returned it. Fool me once....

Real Thai iced coffee is made with Oliang powder, and this is one of the best mixes available.

I add a scoop or two of this deliciousness to our coffee every morning! So good. Adds a nice bold kick, yet it’s still smooth. Great value and ships quick too!
