I received the product, but the twist-lock cap was off of the bottle inside the bag. How could that be with a twist-lock cap?

It's not bad, but you have to take so many to be effective. Bottle recommends about 2 four times a day

I was very excited about this product. Received it today, and opened the lid - and the SEAL was BROKEN.Contacted Customer Service, and they refunded it. I reordered it.I then went online, looking at the Reviews, and SO MANY stated that the Seal was Broken, that I canceled my order.It's obviously a known Quality Control issue.

Containers safety seal broken and the gummies are all dried outWhat a waste!!!You can't return them so there goes my money
