Does this work better than the sprout detangler? Similar? Also, does it make the hair look greasy?

I have yet to use the detangler (that will be my next purchase!), so I'm not sure about which is better. The leave in conditioner didn't make my daughter's curly hair look oily, but it DOES leave a slight residue that makes the hair less shiny. I've found it to be worth it since it keeps the morning combing/screaming routine to a minimum :)

It works on hair that is both curly, straight, and fine. Hope this helps.

Isn’t SD alcohol 40 drying?

I think there are enough oils and moisturizing ingredients to combat the dryness those chemical cause. It's great for curlylight
