Excellent, high quality bromelian at a fair price. Now Foods has fairly rigorous testing of their products so I'm confident I'm getting what I pay for. Bromelian is an excellent enzyme for general health and cardiovascular support.

I purchased this for the reduction of cellulite, improve circulation & to eliminate fibrous proteins etc. It's only been a few weeks & i have noticed an improvement with circulation & cellulite reduction. I also paired it along with Natto & Serra for enhanced effect. Be sure to take on an empty stomach. If you take alongside food it'll help you with digestion, but not break up the fibrous proteins or fat deposits. Would recommend

I've noticed a difference within two weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the health benefits of pineapples. You can't get this level of effects just by eating pineapples, you'd have to eat like 50 of them. They have basically no taste or smell. I take them at night with my other supplements and medications. Though I might change to morning because of the energy boost it gives me.
