Aubergine Cookbook

We love aubergines so really interested to find this book. But when we got it we felt it was rather averge. Not bad but the recipe weren't very new. Somehow disappointed

Bought as a gift. Much loved and used book.

Great little book, easy to follow with everyday recipes and some good tips.Need a similar book for other vegetables.

I did;nt dislike anything, but what a strange second question! what do u think I would use a cookery book for.??
