I simply love it! Every exercise seems very easily explained. You can understand perfectly what you are supposed to be working and can follow very easily. If I had to find a fault to it, it would be the quality of the paper. It's not too bad, but it's a bit like all printed with an ordinary printer, but I have carried it all around and it's still fine

AWESOME Book!
Love it! I have been following the exercises in the book and you see and feel the improvement on your progress very quickly. I find it well written with step by step pictures. Awesome book!

Un libro sencillo y con ejercicios pensados para mejorar la fuerza necesaria para subir a las telas. Fácil de entender. Todos los ejercicios se pueden realizar en casa con muy poco material.

Lots of great exercises
Lots of beneficial exercises with very clear photographs and written instructions.Better guidance on creating a routine would be helpful. But there are other resources that go into that in more depth.Overall very useful book
