Quality product !! Just pricey.

The good news: The sink is a high quality product and I expect it to perform well in my application.The bad news: pictures on the site show this sink as a top mount flush to the surface. I expected to receive a sink that would sit on my counter with only the thickness of the 16 gauge stainless being above the counter.The sink I received has a 1/4" shoulder (Sabot) made into the surface, so the sink sits that high above the counter. This is not what I bought and doesn't look the way i wanted it to look. I looked on Ruvati's website and they also had some of the wrong pictures for this product. After searching through their website I found that they have no phone contact to reach their customer service folks, (bummer) so I had to email them and wait for a response. After a couple days I got a response that said they had re-designed the sink and all the pictures had not been updated yet. I asked them for a sink that matched their pictures and they said that they had none. Basically no help at all. I am using the sink and turning into an undermount sink as I really like the accessories that come with it, but I am disappointed that I couldn't speak to someone at Ruvati. Communicating with them about an issue like this was a real pain. You would think that someone selling a high end product like this would have decent customer care..... Nope.

And works as intended

I bought this sink to install for my outdoor grill island. The quality is superb and packaging is meticulous. I am very impressed with everything!

I knew this was on the expensive side of sinks but my first Impression opening the box was “wow!” The packaging alone was top notch. It was carefully placed in thick padded cardboard with special supports on each corner. The sink was encased in a Ruvati stamped black fabric protector to protect against scratches. It just felt high quality when opening the box. Although I don’t buy a lot of sinks so maybe they all come like that?? I was impressed nonetheless. Install was a breeze. I will update review with durability over time after it gets some good use.

After months of building a outdoor Kitchen for myself I finally was unable to unpack and install the outdoor sink. Very high quality and I do not endorse a lot of products so I can tell you do not hesitate to buy if your looking for an outdoor sink.

The sink itself is very nice and very robust. All of the hardware and features with the exception of the cutting board are very nice and a good fit. The cutting board looked nice when it arrived but didn’t last two weeks outside. The cutting board warped and the finish faded and peeled within 2 weeks in the elements. Outside of the cutting board I am extremely happy with the rest of the sink. Fit, form and function is all good.

We needed a sink for our outdoor kitchen and we wanted a durable option in AISI 316 and not 304 (we are in FL so humidity is high all year round). This is the only good option we could find. It looks beautiful so we are happy with the aesthetics but it was extremely difficult to install. The clips are impossible to fit if you don’t have a big space below the sink. Overall we are happy.
